The Tribike fits to the front of nearly every mode of active wheelchair on the market, including those with swing-away legrests, and can be quickly and easily mounted and dismounted. It is lightweight - with the wheelchair attachment arms removed it weighs from just 9.5 kg - and can fit into the back of most cars for transport. An optional removable T-stand can assist with mounting, and is a popular option for those new to handbikes.
When attached, the Tribike provides you with the freedom to cycle longer distances at much faster speeds than can be managed when propelling - a great way to maintain your fitness and get out and about.
A choice of either 16 or 20" wheels is available, as well as either slicker City tread tyres or chunkier off-road focused Cross tyres. It features 8-speed Shimano Nexus gears, and is built on Zanardi handbike technology.
A range of handlebar stems are available to comfortably accommodate those of different sizes, and a choice of frame colours is also available. Don't like any of the standard colours? Any RAL colour is available on request, as well as custom laser engraving on the frame.
