RotoBed Home Rotating Chair Bed's rotating chair allows for an effortless exit from your bed. A single touch of a button on the remote control smoothly transforms the mattress from a lying position to a chair that faces out into your room. Just reverse the process to get back onto your bed.

The quiet and smooth motion ensures you aren't disturbed or jolted when rotating the bed, while careful engineering means that you are safe, supported and comfortable throughout the transition.

The Home bed does not feature the electric height adjustment of the 

, making it a significantly lower-cost product. However, a choice of four fixed heights can be set, allowing the bed to be customised to your transfer needs.

With a choice of exit angles - for either an oblique or perpendicular exit - the Home chair bed is particularly helpful for those transferring to a wheelchair or walker.

As with all beds from the Opera range, the RotoBeds are stylish and homely, thoughtfully designed to be in-keeping with your domestic environment. This includes elegantly shaped wood, and upholstered ends with a range of colour options to match your décor.

Easy brake castors come as standard, allowing your RotoBed to be manoeuvred easily. A convenient foot pedal at the end of the bed locks off the pair of castor wheels at the same time.

Wooden arm sides come as standard to provide assistance in transfers, and to help prevent falls. Optional head supports enhance this level of support provided.

Both a single and wide single version of the RotoBed are available, while other accessories include a wireless controller, reading lamp, automatic underbed lighting, an armside table, and pillow with backrest securing straps.

We think the RotoBeds are a great product - really convenient for those that need assistance in transfers from their bed. The Home version comes in at a lower price than the 

, and is ideal for those that do not need the electric height adjustment. This is most often the case for people who don't require on-bed nursing, and who are wheelchair users carrying out seated transfers from the bed.
