Assessments
We can carry out free of charge assessments at our Chessington HQ where you will have the opportunity to try out a RotoBed and see the difference it can make. Our product specialists are experienced with all aspects of the beds we supply, and can demonstrate and assess for all the options available.
Process
Following your consultation, we will provide a quote for the bed as assessed with you. When you are ready to order we will need to take a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence the build. RotoBeds tend to take 1-2 weeks from point of order to delivery, depending on options chosen, and we can confirm a delivery date when you order.
Engineer Delivery
Our RotoBeds are delivered direct to your home by the manufacturer, where the two man engineer team will set it up for you and train you on its usage. There is a £185 (ex VAT) charge for home delivery of RotoBeds. If you require your old bed and mattress to be dismantled and removed, this can be carried out at the same time for an additional charge of £95 (ex VAT).
