Leggero Enzo Wheelchair

Leggero's Enzo is a lightweight foldable tilt in space wheelchair designed and made in Italy for paediatric users. Maximising both aesthetics and performance, it is a configured wheelchair that can accept a wide range of specialist seating systems for children with complex seating requirements.

Product Description

Tilt in Space

The Leggero Enzo Wheelchair features 45° of tilt - the highest levels you'll find on wheelchairs, designed to maximise pressure relief for those spending long periods of time in their wheelchair. It also is available with 5° of anterior (forward) tilt that aids with transfers to and from the wheelchair.

Specialist Seating

The Enzo is supplied as a wheelchair "chassis", which can then have a third party seating system attached to it. We can assess for and supply the seating alongside the Enzo, meaning we can select from our wide range of partnered specialist seating manufacturers to get the best possible seating system for your child's postural needs.

The folding seat frame on the Enzo is adjustable, allowing for width growth to match that of your child's, while depth growth is available in all versions of the Enzo. While our model is pictured without armrests, these are available with the Enzo, as well as options for different legrests, including elevating ones.

Folding Frame

The Enzo is available with either a folding or rigid (non-folding) frame. In most cases, the folding one is preferable, as this obviously allows for easy transport. The folding chassis also includes width growth adjustability, lacking on the rigid version.

Our Verdict

Made and designed in Italy, Leggero's Enzo has the sleek good looks you'd expect of Italian design. It's a versatile folding tilt in space wheelchair that can accommodate a variety of seating needs.

Other models to consider are Ki Mobility's Little Wave Arc and Progeo's Junior version of the Tekna Tilt 2.0.
