Triride Fat Wheels

Triride's Fat Wheels are the ideal accompaniment to a Triride handbike, allowing you to take your wheelchair off-road.

Product Description

Coming as a pair of wheels, Triride's Fat Wheels replace your standard back wheels, and allow your wheelchair to cope much better with off-road use, such as grass, sand and soft ground.

They feature:

  • "Lefty type" hub that provides greater torsional stiffness to the axle pins, and high-end zero-tolerance bearings.

  • Oval-shaped aluminium anodized handrims with two mounting positions.

  • Stainless steel cross-spokes for greater strength and elasticity.

  • Aluminium double-chamber rim with a greater total width to resist lateral flex while cornering.

  • Choice of tyres - chunky cross-tyres (pictured) or city tyres.

  • Axle pins to fit your wheelchair.

  • Sporty black finish.

Our Verdict

Triride Fat Wheels are designed specifically for use alongside their handbikes, whether combined with an all-terrain focused T-Rocks or MadMax, or an all-rounder model such as the Special Compact HT. They are a stylish, durable and effective add-on to your wheelchair, and we highly recommend them.
