The Repose Madison Porter Recliner Chair has a dual motor tilt in space mechanism that allows independent backrest recline and footrest elevation. The tilt in space helps to maintain the hip, knee and ankle angle to ensure optimal posture and prevents shear during movement.  The independent adjustments allow for the maximum variety of positions, ideal for those spending longer periods of time in the chair and who will benefit from changing position periodically. This is particularly helpful with those that struggle to be hoisted, allowing them to stay in the chair for longer. It also features a full rise, aiding with standing and sitting.

As you would expect from a healthcare chair from Repose, the Madison features a large selection of seat, backrest and headrest options to ensure it can provide ideal levels of comfort and support whatever your situation.

The heavy duty push handle features rubber grips for ease of pushing. The castor wheels can be locked in place when the chair is where you want it. This provides more flexibility than other healthcare rise and recliners such as the 

, which cannot be used as a porter chair.
