Made to Fit
This bed is made to fit you following an assessment with one of our product specialists. This ensures that your bed will suit your dimensions and comfort needs, and will also fit within your bedroom. However important the bed is, it is the mattress that you will be sleeping on - so it is vital you get the right one to provide the optimum levels of support and comfort; we will assess for these too. Many beds can also be built with a broad range of headboards and fabric options to suit your décor.
Assessments
We can carry out free of charge assessments at our Chessington HQ where you will have the opportunity to try out our full range of beds and mattresses.
Our product specialists are experienced with all aspects of the beds we supply, and can demonstrate and assess for all the options available.
Process
Following your consultation, we will provide a quote for the bed as assessed with you. When you are ready to order we will need to take a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence the build. Made to measure beds tend to take 2 weeks to be crafted - we will advise you of the current build time at the time of order, and keep you updated as the build progresses.
Engineer Delivery
Our Opera beds are delivered direct to your home by the manufacturer, where the two man engineer team will set it up for you and train you on its usage. There is a £195 (ex VAT) charge for home delivery of Opera beds. If you require your old bed and mattress to be dismantled and removed, this can be carried out at the same time for an additional charge of £185 (ex VAT).
