Most folding scooters tend to have limited weight capacities, meaning heavier people cannot safely use them. The Atto Sport Max, however, has an impressive capacity of 136 kg, allowing more people to benefit from the convenience of an Atto travel scooter.

Like all the Atto models, the Sport Max folds up easily into a compact trolley suitcase size, and can be wheeled along. It can then be split in two for lightweight lifting - and the Atto Sport Max is in fact no heavier than the Atto Sport.

The Moving Life Atto Sport Max Mobility Scooter features a top speed of 4 mph - slower than the 6.2 mph of the standard 

, but still a brisk walking pace. It is manoeuvrable and stable, thanks to its three-wheeled design and wide spaced rear wheels.

We would often recommend that those getting the Atto Sport Max consider the armrests and padded cushion upgrades for that bit of extra comfort and support. Other upgrades, including a crutch holder, phone holder, and storage cases are available if desired.

We think the Atto Sport Max is an excellent choice for heavier people still wanting a transportable scooter. Its nearest competitor is 

 - a much bigger scooter with a better ride, but which isn't nearly so transportable.
