Pride Mobility's popular Jazzy Select 6 is our Mid-Wheel Drive powerchair. It features six wheels for exceptional stability, with the middle ones powered - letting it turn on the spot. Combined with the narrow overall width this wheelchair is much more manoeuvrable than traditional rear-wheel drive models. This makes the Jazzy not just great for getting around your home but also well-suited to shops or getting onto the wheelchair space in buses.

Active-Trac suspension ensures a smooth ride, while In-line motor technology gives the Jazzy Select 6 decent efficiency, torque and range, making it well-suited to use outdoors on paved surfaces, although it can occasionally struggle with steeper ramps.

The distinctive captain's style seat allows the wheelchair user to enjoy the comfort of their favourite armchair when out and about, while the backrest can be manually reclined by the user if desired. The seat is ideal for those that don't need any special support for their posture - those with more advanced seating requirements should consider one of our other models as this wheelchair has limited adjustability beyond the height of the footplate.

The controls are simple to use, even for those unfamiliar with driving a powered wheelchair before. This makes the wheelchair a good starting point for those looking to try a powerchair for indoor and outdoor use for the first time.
