Press a button the Di Blasi R30 Mobility Scooter folds into the size of a small suitcase (62 x 48 x 39cm) for easy transportation and storage. Another press of the button and it fully assembles ready to ride in seconds - no additional assembly required. This ease of use is really a standout feature of the R30, but there are other benefits.

A high ground clearance of 11cm, low centre of gravity, and large 31cm wheels give the R30 a reassuringly solid and stable ride, even when faced with rough or bumpy terrain. Its powerful 250W motor will confidently carry you up an 11-degree slope.

With a turning radius of just 86cm and a reverse gear, for its size, the manoeuvrability of the R30 is second to none. The lightweight lithium battery ensures reliability, fast charging and optimal ranges.

With its comfortable seat, easy access and straightforward controls, the R30 is a great option for those who want to avoid folding or disassembling their scooter on their travels or putting it into storage. Once it's folded you can even roll it like a suitcase! That said, the scooter weighs 21.8 kg (without the battery) so lifting it into a car boot will take a strong back - make sure you factor this in when planning your travels. The 15 kg 

 might be one to compare - it doesn't fold automatically but it's significantly lighter to lift.
