The higher 6 mph top speed enables you to get where you want to be, quicker - allowing you spend more time enjoying your day than worrying about getting there. As a fully road-legal scooter it can be driven on roads if you wish - letting you travel more directly to your destination. A handy pavement setting limits the speed should you wish to stick to pavements only.

Rugged front and rear suspension ensures that the Colt Deluxe provides a smooth ride for the person using the scooter. This allows it to handle bumpier surfaces than a pavement scooter, whilst keeping the driver in comfort. Most smaller scooters don't have suspension, and can jolt you around when driving on uneven surfaces.

The amply padded seat can be rotated to make getting on and off the scooter as easy as possible, and the high backrest and headrest offers more support than that found in smaller scooters.

Our choice of 6 mph Medium Scooter is the most compact "road" scooter available, which has made it one of our most popular scooters - ideal for people in London and the surrounding area who might have limited storage space, or who need extra manoeuvrability when out and about. It features solid tyres, meaning you do not need to worry about punctures.

High-visibility LED lights save power as well as enhancing the security of the driver by ensuring that the scooter is always visible. A front storage basket offers a convenient way of securely transporting your belongings whilst driving the scooter.

The 6 mph Medium Scooter can accommodate a wide range of users, with a weight capacity of 181kg (28 stone 8lbs), and the tiller can be adjusted according to the height of the driver. A range of up to 21 miles (39 km) means that the scooter can handle everyday use, and lets the scooter user regain their independence by getting around outdoors.

While the Deluxe doesn't offer the same comfort as our 

, which has better suspension and pneumatic tyres, it offers a great balance -  relatively compact, yet fast and with much improved comfort over more basic 4 mph scooters.
