We provide a complete service, your journey begins with the initial assessment which covers product demonstrations and test drives. After a purchase, our team provides an attentive after-care service with our engineers and customer support team. Our experienced electric wheelchair specialists can assess your needs and recommend a suitable product and seating system that matches your requirements. We have different electric wheelchairs available for purchase, hire, or lease through the Motability scheme.

Our industry-leading showroom in Chessington features a wide range of electric wheelchairs and ample space indoors and outdoors for you to test drive a wheelchair. We also have a car and a wheelchair hoist fitted into our showroom, allowing you to fold, lift, hoist, and store your electric wheelchair before you commit to a purchase. Optionally, you can try different types of electric wheelchairs through our short-term hire to experience a product before you make a purchase.

Our Service

To ensure a comfortable and enriching experience with the electric wheelchair, our services include:

• Specialist delivery and set up. We believe electric wheelchairs should be set up and handed over by a trained product specialist, who can assess your environment for suitability, adjust your wheelchair to fit, and train you on its use.

• Our qualified engineers. Our team of industry-trained engineers carry out all our servicing, maintenance and repairs, either at your address or our fully-equipped Chessington service centre. We don't believe in passing after-sales care to a third party.

• Free-of-charge loan wheelchairs. Your electric wheelchair is crucial to maintaining your independence, and this doesn't change when it is in for repair. We therefore provide a free-of-charge loan electric wheelchair if you hire or purchase from us.

• Insurance included for all hires and Motability. When you hire from us, whether on a long or short-term basis or through Motability, insurance is included as part of your hire at no additional cost.

Try an electric wheelchair

Our Chessington showroom comprises our full range of electric wheelchairs for you to test drive on pavements and grass, and practice manoeuvring around indoor spaces. An assessment will allow our assessors to have a chat with you about your current lifestyle goals and health condition. 

We are also able to carry out in-home assessments, which allow you to try electric wheelchairs in the environment they will be used in.

For those needing high-level pressure care and postural support, we have a clinical team specialised in seating, posture, physiotherapy and rehabilitation engineering. Our clinical team will conduct an assessment of your musculoskeletal capabilities, range of motion and health assessment to tailor an electric wheelchair for your needs and goals. 

If you are unfamiliar with an electric wheelchair product, we recommend hiring an electric wheelchair for a short period before a purchase. The short-term hire product will be configured to closely match the specifications of the electric chair you would like to purchase. Experiencing an electric wheelchair with similar configurations will allow you to determine if a product meets your needs before committing to a purchase or long-term hire.
